Remote Maintenance - Most of our Telephone systems include remote programming and maintenance.

Repair service - We have a complete repair department, with trained technicians as well as a full inventory of replacement parts. ALL OF OUR REPAIRS ARE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. Minor repair calls are handled within a 24 hour business day cycle.

Emergency Response - This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Most emergency calls are handled within a 2-3 hour period. If we can be of service, please give us a call at 716-873-7701 for prompt response. We can sometimes even respond and aid a non-client, depending on the type of system they have.
